As a Personal Trainer, I design my fitness programs specific to each individual client.

 

I take into account my clients personal goals, past injuries, muscle imbalances, current fitness level, and even personality with every program design. 

 

I want every workout to be fun, rewarding, and effective in helping to reach our goals as quickly and safely as possible. 

 

I will make sure that if the work is put in, that you will not only feel the results, but see them when you look at yourself in the mirror! 

            GROUP TRAINING

 

Group Training is a fantastic way to add extra motivation to your workouts!

 

Bring along your spouse, friends, or make training a family event!

 

We will have a lot of fun throwing a little friendly competition into our workouts, and encourage one another to take our fitness to the next level!

 

*Group Training Discounts are available based on the number of individuals desiring to train together. I recommend 4 or less people per group in order to maintain a high level of efficiency in our training sessions.

            TEAM TRAINING

 

I train various athletes and sports specific teams in Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training. 

 

These are 30 minute sessions and are scheduled through Rockwall Indoor Sports Expo. (R.I.S.E.)

    About Me: I am a reliable, positive thinking, highly motivated fitness professional eager to make a difference! My strong leadership skills balanced with an empathetic heart enable me to build strong relationships while helping clients to achieve their personal fitness goals, making me the ideal fit for anyone looking for a Personal Trainer.

 

I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and utilize the NASM designed OPT Model (Optimal Performance Training) which is used to effectively train everyone from fitness beginners to professional athletes!

 

I competed in the “World’s Largest Race”, The Sun Herald City2Surf 14K Race, in Sydney Australia, as well as the 10K Rebel Run at Sydney Olympic Park and ANZ Stadium. I enjoy running in local community 5k races, and I have over 20 years experience in Resistance Training and overall physical fitness.
